The bilateral Agreements and Treaties in force between Italy and Iraq are available on the International Treaties Database of  the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs -ITRA- (in Italian). 

Below are listed  agreements, both at Government level and at technical level (MoU), signed starting 2007:

Treaty of Friendship, Partnership and Cooperation between the Italian Republic and the Republic of Iraq”, signed in 2007 (in force since July 5th, 2009):
The Treaty, which aims to strengthen cooperation, friendship and partnership between Italy and Iraq and to develop new areas of cooperation on the basis of mutual interests, including the commitment of the Italian government to provide financial donations to participate the reconstruction of Iraq, provides for the granting Iraq a soft loan of 400 million euros and the creation of a Joint Commission.

Initalled Agreements:

"Agreement on air transportation", initialled on June 6th, 2011:
The agreement aims to renew the existing air transportation agreement signed in 1963, according to the new European clauses, whose observance Italy is obliged pursuant of his membership of the European Union.

"Mou for the Development cooperation", initialled on June 6th, 2011.

MoU between Italian High Judicial Council and Iraqi High Judicial Council, signed on Nov. 27th, 2012.
