BAGHDAD INTERNATIONAL ENERGY FORUM
From 6 to 7 September 2025, the first edition of the Baghdad International Energy Forum will be held, organized by the Ghadan Foundation for Risk Management in cooperation with the Ministry of Oil and the Iraqi Institute for Dialogue.
The initiative aims to foster constructive dialogue and strategic planning with local and international partners in the energy sector, in order to explore new avenues of investment and cooperation.
The Forum will feature the participation of the OPEC Secretary-General, 12 Ministers from OPEC countries, as well as major oil companies operating in Iraq, including the Italian company ENI.

IPIW 2025 – IRAQ’S PETROLEUM INDUSTRY WORKSHOP
Under the patronage of the Prime Minister of Iraq, H.E. Mohammed Shia’ Al-Sudani, the second edition of the Iraq’s Petroleum Industry Workshop will take place in Baghdad from 27 to 28 October 2025.
The workshop aims to bring together Iraqi authorities, operators, service providers, subject-matter experts, researchers, and potential investors to address the technical, environmental, and economic challenges facing the development of Iraq’s oilfields and production operations.
