As a tribute to “Italy creates”, we celebrate today the First National Made in Italy Day, established to enhance, promote and protect the Italian brand in the world. The occasion marks the anniversary of the birth of Leonardo da Vinci, a genius and emblematic character of Italian creativity and excellence.
Over time, Made in Italy acquired a substantial role in the economic and cultural development of the country, promoting productive sectors of excellence, enhancing national culture and stimulating economic growth in harmony with its identity heritage. It is essential to keep alive the fascination that Made in Italy exerts in the world thanks to the blend of tradition and innovation and its quality, creativity and excellence.
The expertise of Italian manufacturing and the value of Italian creations and products will be celebrated with a dense schedule throughout the country and in Italian diplomatic missions abroad from April 15 to 21, 2024, with institutional events involving the public and private sectors as well as schools and universities.
